Today is the day that we honor our troops. The very people that have fought for our freedom and died for our freedom and their families know all to well that freedom isn't free. Died May 23, 2011 serving during Operation Enduring Freedom33, of Chula Vista, Calif.; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii;� died May 23, in Kunar province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.
